A:  A: The data is saved on the system for a minimum of 6 years, as required by law
Q:  Q: Can I transfer / import client information from another program into PitBullTax?
A:  A: Pitbulltax allows you to import client data from another program that has been saved in a .csv file (comma delimited).
Q:  Q: Does PitBullTax have any CRM capabilities?
A:  A: Pitbulltax Case Management keeps you in complete control of your client contact with Calendar, Case Tracking, Time Tracking (with Timer), To Do's and even Activity recording functionality.
Q:  Q: If I purchase the 1-Time Use license, can I upgrade to the Single User product?
A:  A: Yes, you can upgrade at any time you'd like to a Single-User license. Simply access your profile page, change your product type to Single-User and follow the instructions to upgrade your license. Your 1-Time Use client database will be transferred to your new Single User license.
Q:  Q: If I purchase the single user, can I upgrade to the multi-user product?
A:  A: Yes, you can upgrade at any time you'd like to a multi-user license. Simply access your profile page, change your product type to multi-user and follow the instructions to upgrade your license. Your single-user client database will be transferred to your new multi-user license
Q:  Q: How much should I charge my customers for my tax settlement services?
A:  A: We have created a pricing tool called the Fee calculator. You can estimate the range of professional fees to charge for services you are providing your clients and either use the pricing in the suggested range, or customize each service with your own range of fees.
Q:  Q: How can I receive newsletters from PitBullTax?
A:  A: In order to subscribe to our newsletters you can simply enter your email address in the "GET EMAIL UPDATES" section on the bottom right of the web page and then click "Submit"
Q:  Q: Do I need to be an Attorney / CPA / EA in order to use this software?
A:  A: No, you don't. This software is designed to assist you in your IRS settlement business, whether you are an experienced practitioner, an occasional case handler, or even a novice in the industry
Q:  Q: What happens if the software is updated after I purchase it?
A:  A: Since the software is web-based, any updates and enhancements will be added automatically to the PitBullTax system. Then the next time you access your login, you will see a system message on the home page of the software informing you of the change.
Q:  Q: What happens if the IRS forms change after I have purchased the software?
A:  A: Our staff is on the cutting edge of all IRS changes and developments. So we will immediately modify the IRS forms in our system to reflect any new revisions from the IRS.
