Q: Can I download/retrieve my client information if I stop using your software?

A: If you decide to stop using our software, you will be able to download/export all data and forms to your computer.

Q: How long is the data saved on your system?

A: The data is saved on the system for a minimum of 6 years, as required by law.

Q: Can I transfer/import client information from another program into PitBullTax software?

A: PitBullTax allows you to import client data from another program that has been saved in a .csv file (comma delimited).

Q: Does PitBullTax have any CRM capabilities?

A: PitBullTax Case Management keeps you in complete control of your client contact with Calendar, Case Tracking. Time Tracking (with Timer), To Do’s and even Activity recording functionality.

Q: Do I need to be an Attorney / CPA / EA in order to use this software?

A: No, you don't. This software is designed to assist you in your IRS settlement business, whether you are an experienced practitioner, an occasional case handler, or even a novice in the industry. However to be able to legally represent a tax resolution case you must be a CPA/Attorney/EA.

Q: What happens if the software is updated after I purchase it?

A: Since the software is web-based, any updates and enhancements will be added automatically to the PitBullTax system. Then the next time you access your login, you will see a system message on the homepage of the software informing you of the change.

Q: Does the software license expire?

A: The PitBullTax license is a one month or one year renewable. If you are on an annual plan you will receive an email notification 31 days prior to your license expiration date, and your license will be automatically renewed on your renewal date. If you are on a monthly plan, you will receive an email notification 3 days prior to renewal, and your card will be automatically charged for the next period unless you cancel the license.

Q: How often are new releases / updates of the software issued?

A: New releases / updates are issued as necessary per IRS changes and / or product revisions and enhancements. Any time the software is revised, there is an email announcement sent to all licensees as well as a pop-up notification to users when they access their login.

Q: Is PitBullTax Software compatible with Mac?

A: Yes. You can use PitBullTax Software on any Mac or Apple product including iPad. It is compatible with Safari or any other web browser.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for the program?

A: Credit Cards and Debit Cards Bank from any of the following providers: American Express, Discovery, MasterCard and VISA. Checks are not a valid payment method.
