A:  A: PitbullTax Software is web-based, so if your computer crashes while you are accessing our software, you need only reboot your computer and reaccess your login.
Q:  Q: Can I download/retrieve my client information if I stop using your software?
A:  A: If you decide to stop using our software, you will be able to download/export all data and forms to your computer.
Q:  Q: Will I lose my client data if my license becomes discontinued or inactive?
A:  A: Any data stored in the Pitbulltax software system will be archived for a minimum of 6 years.
Q:  Q: What do I need to do to restore my license if it becomes inactive?
A:  A: If your license becomes inactive, you can login to your profile at any time to initiate payment and re-activate your license.
