To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and commissions, we provide you with a special HTML code to be used in all links that you place on your traffic sources. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and ours properly utilizes these special link formats. Links to our site which are placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement, and which properly utilize such special link formats, are referred to as "Special Links." You will only earn commissions for activity on our site occurring directly through Special Links. We are not liable to you for any failure by you to use “Special Links”, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of commissions which would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. “Special Links” function properly based on "cookies". The system is unable to track sales when the user's "cookies" are switched off. If your member or prospects’ cookies are turned off they will not be recorded as your sale and you will not receive any commissions from their purchases since we have no way of identifying how they entered our site.
